This, this is Christ the King

Blessed Christmas!!
For to us a child is born, to us a Son is given.

This Christmas was a busy but meaningful one. Reminiscing the Christmas events that I had, I'm getting grateful for what has been done for this Christmas, and... the gifts that I've received in this blessed Christmas.
It all started with caroling at Joyce's shop on the 23rd. Disperse crowd was upsetting but as I was singing, somehow, I was reminded that we have a purpose for this caroling and the purpose is Christ, the son that is given at no cost. Yep, despite the disperse crowd, I really enjoyed the caroling.
I could only express how great was the candlelit service on 24th in just one word. Wonderful. This year, I finally brought my sister to church. She seemed normal, but I could feel that her heart was filled with Thanksgivings. Thanking God for what has done for her. After the service, everyone went down for refreshments and there, I received Christmas gifts and blessings from all the sweet ones. And then the night began. We left church before the clock struck 12 for movie with the QLC youths. SHERLOCK HOLMES. There were more than 20 of us watching and we occupied almost 3 rows of the cinema seats. After the show, it was already half past 2. For once, I was allowed to stay out late at such hour. Took a lift from Josiah and reached home at 3. So, did a preparation for Christmas service and finally get a good rest at 4.
Woke up at 8, brushed up, get set and flet home within 30 minutes for dance rehersal and preparation at 9. Service at 1045 and we had a performance item during the service as follows. CAPTIVATE US.

After the service, went for caroling at uncle young kwang's house. It was touching to sing for them when they wanted to dedicate one of the dialect song for their granny. I felt so welcomed by their warm hospitality.
Chilled out at island creamery with Chongs, Huiling, Yaps, and Jon Snr. A scoope of soursop sorbet and little talks enliven the day.
Shared Christmas evening with relatives at Yen Ling's place. Ended Christmas by opening up gifts with my sister that's all for Christmas.

Long awaited holiday

Term test was over, holiday is here.

The long awaited holiday is here again. It's time for my brain to replenish it's brain cells again before the last term comes. You know what? During the second day of the camp, While I was brushing my teeth in the morning, I've got a shocked by what I have seen in the mirror- EYE BAGS. All because of burning midnight oil for the past fews.
I have a bad feeling that this term test may turn me down when I receive back the all the papers. If I ever have a choice, I would never want to take back my auto cad results cos I screwed up that paper. Totally.
Sighh...
Anyway, on a happier note, I really enjoyed myself in the camp- CROSS-I...

DEJA VU

Experienced deja vu this afternoon during auto cad lesson. It was our first lesson in the lab but I felt so familar to that place as if I've been there before. Anyway, we had briefing over there and my intuition tells that this module is gonna be a tough one though i don't trust my intuition. Yeap, but no matter what, I'll just try my best.
Oh yes! I've gotten back my law and E.C.T paper. For those who do not know what's ect, it's actually elementary construction technology, the module is all about drawings and memorising. Both papers are the year long module. So, it was not calculated in the GPA. I got 87 for E.C.T and 79 for law. Yes, I'm happy for my E.C.T because I always had a hard time with drawings. For those who know me well, you know pei qi couldn't draw. However, not all credits goes to me because there are some people who had helped me along the way, even before the exams. Especially Fuji, he took all effort to travel from the east to sp, just to teach for that few hours. Thank God for him. For law, I'm one mark away to an A. Though it was good enough, I felt so shacked.
